His Call Church Vision Statement (2004 – 2014)
ヒズコールチャーチ、私たちの教会の10年間ビジョン。
わたしは、あなたの行ないを知っている。見よ。わたしは、だれも閉じることのできない門を、あなたの前に開いておいた。なぜなら、あなたには少しばかりの力があって、わたしのことばを守り、わたしの名を否まなかったからである。黙示録3:8
ヒズコールチャーチは、チームによる、健康で、明るく、魅力的な教会を目指し、イエスキリストのインパクトを与える存在になりたいのです。その為に、100人以上のキリストの弟子リーダーが建て上げられ、芸術を神様のために贖い、クリスチャン音楽家を生み出し、信仰と技術の熟練したオーケストラによるプレイズ＆ワーシップをささげ、毎回、力強い聖霊の働きによって、癒しと救いを見たいのです。
やがて、1000人を収容できる場所で、神の家族として愛し合い、礼拝をささげる群れに導かれることを信じます。その為に、子供たちを含め、次世代をターゲットに、ユースを勝ち取り、名古屋市の全キャンパスに教会主体のサークルをもち、教会に導き育てたいのです。さらに、健全なクリスチャン夫婦、家庭を築けるように、具体的に関わりたいのです。そしてクリスチャン・ビジネスマンの祈り会をもち、証し人として用いられ、退職後も、神の憐れみと恵みによる安心感の中で、大いに用いられる環境を提供したいと考えます。
そして、愛知県にインパクトある地域貢献をし、宣教目的のミニストリーによって、ノンクリスチャンに仕え届きたいのです。やがては、フルタイムミニスターを５人以上もち、年間会計が繁栄の目的によって、一億円を主にささげられる様に祈り、喜んで寛大に与える教会として成長を願います。
このようなビジョンを充分に果たすことのできる魅力的な教会堂とショッピング・モールのような広大な敷地を備えられていると信じています。10年以内に、これらのビジョンをはるかに超え,教会外の支援をももたらす全能の父なる神の介入を信じます。
どうか、私たちの主イエス・キリストの神、すなわち栄光の父が、神を知るための知恵と啓示の御霊を、あなたがたに与えてくださいますように。また、あなたがたの心の目がはっきり見えるようになって、神の召しによって与えられる望みがどのようなものか、聖徒の受け継ぐものがどのように栄光に富んだものか、また、神の全能の力の働きによって私たち信じる者に働く神のすぐれた力がどのように偉大なものであるかを、あなたがたが知ることができますように。 ｴﾍﾟｿ1:17-19

His Call Church wants to be an attractive, healthy, bright, teamwork-oriented church that impacts the world for Jesus Christ. Our desire is for more than 100 disciples of Christ to be born again, redeemed for God, and we will praise and worship God through a skilled, faithful orchestra. We want to see healing and salvation through the powerful work of the Holy Spirit in every service. In the future, we believe we will be led to a place, which can hold over one thousand people, where we can worship and love each other as God’s family. In order for that to happen, we need to win young people for Christ and to create church-led circles on all the University campuses of Nagoya, so that we may lead students to the church and raise them up. We want to build relationships with people so they can transform into healthy Christian individuals and families. We will have prayer meetings for Christian businessmen so they can become God’s witnesses, and we will provide a place full of peace, mercy and grace where God can use them.
We will minister locally to impact Aichi prefecture, reaching out to non Christians. Eventually, we pray that we will have more than five full-time ministries; we want to devote more than 100 million yen to God each year for the purpose of prosperity. We wish to grow into a church that is generous and giving. We believe places like an attractive sanctuary or a shopping mall are needed to fulfill such a big vision. Within ten years, we expect for God to provide the needed support from outside the church exceeding our expectations.
“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. The 12 Core Values of His Call Church
1. 臨在ある礼拝 To Worship in God’s Presence
私達は、神に喜ばれる礼拝者となり、神の臨在を経験し、聖霊の癒しと解放、奇跡がなされると信じます。
We believe we will be a people who worship and please God, experiencing His presence, healing, release and miracles through the Holy Spirit.
2. 主の喜び The Joy of the Lord
私達は、喜びの溢れたプレイズとワーシップの中で主と出会うことが、教会の命に繋がると信じます。
We believe meeting God through joyful praise and worship will give life to the church.
3. チャレンジ精神 The Spirit of Challenge
私達は、開拓精神を持ってチャレンジすることを恐れず、祈りによってどんな困難をも主が突破させてくださると信じます。
We believe with a pioneering spirit, we will not be afraid of challenges; we believe the Lord will help us overcome all obstacles through prayer.
4. 新しく生れる Being Born Again
私達は、ｲｴｽｷﾘｽﾄの福音を証しして仕えることにより、人の心が開かれ、どんな人も新しく変えられると信じます。
We believe by serving and testifying to the gospel of Jesus Christ, anyone’s heart can be opened, changing them into a new person.
5. 賜物を生かす Making the Most of Our Gifts
私達は、一人一人が与えられた賜物を見出し、トレーニングし、共に建て上げることが大切だと信じます。
We believe each person will find their gifts, be trained and be built up together.
6. 自然体で御心を行う Naturally Doing the Lord’s Will
私達は、偽善的な信仰生活を嫌い、主との個人的関係によって自然体で御言を行なうことが価値ある生活だと信じます。
We believe we shouldn’t live the loathsome lifestyle of a hypocrite, but should naturally do the Lord’s will by having a personal relationship with God.
7. 成熟を目指す Aiming for Maturity
私達は、神によって選ばれた誇りと責任を正しく受け止めることにより、成熟した教会に成長すると信じます。
We believe we can be a mature church by taking pride in being chosen by God and accepting the responsibility, which follows.
8. 次世代を育てる Raising Up the Next Generation
私達は、自らがキリストに献身し、福音を伝えられる新しい弟子を訓練し、育て遣わすことが大切だと信じます。
We believe everyone should devote themselves to God and raise up disciples to share the gospel and to be sent into the world.
9. 仕える心 A Serving Heart
私達は、技術や、能力よりも、神と教会、世の人々に仕える心があるかを優先するべきだと信じます。
We believe we should prioritize serving people, the church and God with our hearts, rather than with technology and abilities.
10. ﾁｰﾑﾐﾆｽﾄﾘ- Team Ministry
私達は、個人ﾌﾟﾚｰでなく、チームで働き、お互いが協力することによって、より効果的ミニストリーができると信じます。
We believe that ministry is more effective when we work together rather than work alone.
11. 父の愛と赦し The Forgiveness and Love of the Father
私達は、キリストの愛を土台とし、神の家族として、受け入れ、赦しあう関係が全てを生かすと信じます。
We believe with the foundation of Christ’s love, we can make the most of relationships by accepting and forgiving one another.
12. 恵みによる強さ Strength by Grace
私達は、自分の弱さをを知っても、神の絶大な恵みによって、強くされることを信じます。
We believe that, even when we have weaknesses, that they will be turned into strength through God`s unlimited grace.
